kitty clip cat kitten spay neuter program raleigh nc wake county

About Kitty Clip

Our $5 Kitty Clip Spay/Neuter Assistance Program makes spaying and neutering cats and kittens affordable for ALL pet owners in Wake County, North Carolina.

Kitty Clip is a partnership between Friends of Wake County Animal Center, Inc. and Safe Haven for Cats. This program will allow Wake County Residents to fix their feline at the low cost of just $5. The program will help diminish the amount of unwanted births, thus lowering the euthanasia rate of cats and kittens at the county shelter.  This will also help to prevent certain feline diseases, making all of our cats happier, healthier pets.

In 2019, we are partnering with Second Chance Pet Adoptions to double our impact.
