In Northeast Raleigh between June 6th - June 16th, 2019. Final pick up dates and times to be confirmed prior to start of Auction.
In South Raleigh: Wake County Animal Center, 820 Beacon Lake Drive, Raleigh, NC 27610 between June 6th - June 16th, 2019. Final pick up dates and times to be confirmed prior to start of Auction. These will be the ONLY pick up times and dates available for this location.
Prior to bidding on an item, please read the entire item description as some items are not available for shipping.
To make a bid, simply enter your bid amount in whole dollar increments. Any subsequent bids must be higher than the previous bid in whole dollars. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay.
Once the auction has closed on June 3rd, 2019 at 8 PM/EST the highest bid entered in the comment section prior to 8 PM/EST shall constitute the winning bid. Any bids received on or at 8 PM/EST will not count. We will check timestamps if necessary to verify the correct winner.
The winning bidder will be tagged in the comments of the item. All winners will need to fill out the FWCAC Auction Winners Form. ONLY ONE form per person regardless the number of items you win. Forms must be filled out by a TBD date.
After the Auction closes and all winning bids are cataloged, the FWCAC will send each winner an invoice for the total amount due. Invoice payments must be made by a TBD date.
1. Items will NOT be shipped until payment has been received.
2. If you have won multiple items that can be shipped, we will do our best to ship the items together to reduce costs. Please be patient and give us at least 48 hours to give you a shipping estimate if you won multiple items.
